Dr S Swaroop Sirapangi has obtained Life Membership of the Indian Public Administration Association (IPAA). As a response to Dr Sirapangi’s application over email on 14 November 2023; Dr Y Pardhasaradhi, General Secretary, IPAA, confirmed Life Membership offer on 20 November 2023 by email.
IPAA is one of the professional organisations in India devoted to excel and promote efficiency and lasting impact in the domains of Public Administration, Governance, Public Policy, Education and Practice in India. IPAA is registered under Rajasthan Societies Registration Act 1958.
