Dr S Swaroop Sirapangi has obtained his Ph.D., in Political Science from the University of Hyderabad for production of thesis titled, ‘Christian Dalits and Secular Democracy: A Study of United Andhra Pradesh‘. The research work for this thesis production went under the Supervision of Prof Arun Kumar Patnaik, Department of Political Science, University of Hyderabad. Prof Sasheej Hegde and Dr K Y Ratnam were other Doctoral Committee members who oversaw progress of the thesis periodically along with Prof AK Patnaik.
